Program

“Masterpiece” is a creative team-building program, during which the teams individually develop a giant monumental canvas masterpiece from smaller picture details. We create the image to be created according to individual needs. The task of the teams is to create a large-scale adaptation of the received image based on a small image. Each group works independently for a common goal. The program provides an opportunity for self-expression, fun, and creating experiences of success within the team.

For those who cannot fully identify with the possibilities provided by the creative program, they can share the adrenaline-boosting feeling of knowledge and success with their peers within the framework of an unforgettable and experiential fine art quiz game. During the program, selected works of famous painters will be shown on the projector. The task is to determine the title of the given work of art and the identity of its painter. The solution must be recorded for each team on a piece of paper.

The key to solving the program lies in the communication within the team and between the teams, so that at the end of the program the completed details properly reflect the harmony and appearance of the original work.

After the end of the working time, the teams will be tasked with fitting the completed mosaic pictures together.

We even provide the opportunity for our colleagues to assemble the completed mosaics while the “artists” are taking a break or even their meal time. Upon their return, we hold an image unveiling, where we pull the veil off the monumental joint image.

The sight of the end result is always astonishing and impressive, as the image details created by the teams come to life, and their combined size is impressive.
