Program

Participants form teams and, working separately, must design and build their own racing car. During the construction process, teams face real challenges and discover that success can only be achieved through cooperation and teamwork.

The game consists of two station

Station 1 – Building & Creativity

At this station, teams of 10 participants build their own LEGO racing car.

One part of the team constructs the racing car.

Another group designs and builds the pit box and a unique grandstand.

A third group prepares a marketing presentation based on predefined keywords.

As part of the task, teams create their own canvas artwork, which they paint themselves and later use during the presentation.

Station 2 – The Race

At this station, teams participate in a real racing competition.

They compete on a specially built obstacle track featuring:

a timed qualification round, and a final race.

Multiple drivers are required during the challenges, ensuring that every participant is actively engaged.

This program emphasizes the principle:

One Team – One Goal

At the end of the event, teams are awarded real Formula 1–style trophies

Creativity Challenge

How well can the team interpret the instructions? Can every LEGO brick find its perfect place? Teams must build not only the car, but also the pit box and grandstand

Interview Session

A real sponsor-style activity. Each team presents a short interview explaining how they prepared for the race and how their team collaborated during the process.

The Competition

Of course, the race itself is an essential part of the experience. Teams compete in various racing challenges where they can test and compare their skills and teamwork.
