Program

The beginning of team building is interrupted by a scream and some gunshots. At the scene of the crime, only the victim is found frozen in blood… The building is locked, no one can leave. The crime scene investigators are recording the clues. The killer may still be among us, but who is he? An employee of the hotel or maybe someone else? The mystery is waiting to be solved!

The criminal investigator who arrives at the crime scene forms investigative teams from the participants, who visit different locations to find out the small details of the crime, uncover the invisible clues, analyze the evidence and finally determine the person responsible for the crime!

At each station, we can meet an unknown person (a referee in costume). They explain the mission of the station.

Telltale fingerprints

The victim had recently been drinking at the bar with a mysterious person. The team's task is to establish the identity of the wanted person by comparing the fingerprints on the bottles with those in the database. Affected skills: communication, cooperation, dexterity, attention, gaining experience

Recordings of cameras

In the security guard's "alcove", participants can view the footage from the security cameras. Based on the recordings, you have to remember what you saw and put the events in chronological order.

Graphology

By analyzing the handwriting of the dead man's last letters, the team gains insight into his handwriting code. We learn the interpretation of sociability and tendencies, which leads the group to clues during their research.

Site reconstruction

With the help of the investigator, the description and reconstruction of an event location must be carried out. This task is also used as basic training at today's police academy.

Ballistic test

The murder weapon was found. We know how deep the bullet penetrated the victim's body. With the help of a similar weapon and a carefully prepared ballistic gel, it can be determined at what distance and angle the killing device was fired. Test shots, angle measurement. Affected skills: dexterity, attention, gaining experience, logic

Interrogation

Upon returning with the collected information, the teams solve the mystery together, during which the motive for the murder and, above all, the identity of the killer are revealed.

Concept

When creating the team building program, we made sure that it was loaded with funny and entertaining content, and on the other hand, like other training programs, all possible positive effects were shown. The cooperation skills increase among the participants, they will be able to work as a team towards a goal. During the planning of the program, we used several professional help. For the sake of credibility, we involved a police detective when developing the content tasks of the programs, our organizational development trainer compiled the program’s skill development points, and we asked a theater artist to design the characters of the referees.

Due to the structural structure of the Helyszőleők program, it allows them to break away from the grayness of everyday life, having an inspiring effect on the effective work of the participants later on.
