Program

In this creative and interactive team building task, teams maneuver real drones through obstacles they manufacture and a course built by other teams.
The special feature of the task is that the teams must be able to fly over obstacles built by other teams.
We designed this team-building experience to emphasize problem-solving, healthy teamwork and purposeful risk-taking.
Battle of the Drones is a wonderful way to break people out of their usual roles and routines. The entertainment factor of the program is very high, which is combined with real excitement for this high-flying miracle of technology. In this team building, every participant gets the chance to become a drone pilot.

Program elements

Design a drone track

Working in small groups, the first task will be to process the obstacle course cards. These cards require planning and strategy, as the teams independently discuss and plan the obstacles that meet the requirements set by our "pilot school", which ensure the safety of the drones. Here, your team's obstacles will have to be overcome by other teams as well!

Pilot school

If the team has no experience with drones, our organizers will introduce the participants to the use of drones in our "Pilot school". We give everyone the opportunity to drive and test drones.

Track construction

because your obstacles will be tackled by other teams! So it's time for your team to design and build obstacles together that are within your requirements, but tough for others!

Equipments and tools

The teams must create the tracks from cardboard, wood, and other auxiliary materials in compliance with the criteria. The goal is for the drone to be able to fly over obstacles.

Compilation of tracks

After the teams have finished producing the courses, the group assembles them into a large common obstacle.

The Zenith - The competition

The Zenith of the program is the competition, where the teams must comply with precise and stable flight control while maneuvering through obstacle courses made by themselves and others. Of course, pilots can also earn bonuses if they perform extreme and funny stunts during the flight. At the competition, even everyone can fly the drone, in the form of an individual or team competition.
